This exercise gives you a chance to test your visual capacity. All this takes is a eye out of focus (a dreamy focus, without blinking, like daydreaming), directed toward the chosen square, as you concentrate (glaze or blur will occur) out of focus, your eye will begin to see hues of grays or light color. Stay with the visual and take your eye to another square, again you will begin to see a change in the surrounding square. You can use this method on any thing, next time your outside focus your eye on the top of a tree and watch as the surrounding areas become light. This images will spread out around the tree about 4 feet and if the sky is clear that day you may see it spreading even further. If your interested in working more closely, try sitting comfortable in a chair and putting your attention on relaxing, once achieved you can move forward by focusing on a plant or animal. Please be aware that cats are sensitive to this action as you project your energy they will move away. Be aware that your first attempts will be subtle and solid colour behind the object helps your focus. Stay with that concept and your eyes will adjust as seen with the trees. It has been discovered that the eye uses the the cells in your eyes known as rods. These are located at the side of the eye verses the cone cells in front. This vision is sensitive to low light frequencies verses daylight. You may have to practice this so your eyes become accustom to this line of vision.
Here is an exercise to help you maintain your peripheral vision. Looking straight ahead of you, put out your arms and send them OUT in front of you extending your index finger toward the sky. Keep your eyes out in front as you move your extended arms to the right. At this point be aware as your arms go to the right, where your peripheral vision begins, THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL SEE AN AURA
