Affirmations:

Affirmations are simple statements that we make everyday, positive or negative. With this process we want to make changes to our lives and so.... we build affirmations that will create that for us.  Make your affirmations, positive short and specific. Create affirmations that are present tense so it is easy to run through your mind when you start the process. You want changes made today and all that means is repetition, repetition repetition.  That is the name of this game.  Here are a few examples:

Showing gratitude for the things you already have is a key element to making daily affirmations effective. By enjoying the small things, you will be open to the larger things that make your life full. Your positive attitude attracts like thing, so positively, repeat the affirmations as many times a day as you wish and watch things start to happen.  Your changing your focus and your intention is changing your physical and material environment.
Take your well-being into your own hands… literally.  Remember....

Using daily affirmations improves anyone’s mental status, regardless of circumstances. It doesn’t matter what has happened in the past, today is a fresh start to help make good things start happening in your life.  Ignore what is happening that you do not want and focus on what you do want.

Take a moment to see, smell, taste, touch and hear whatever it is you want from your life. It is only when you have a taste of what you want, can you know what you are after. Take that present thought and build a affirmation that will move you forward. Create it with love, gratitude and an open acceptance, you are forming your life: take it to its limit.  There is nothing to lose because everything you want is here: think in the present moment and allow it to be all that you want.  The above statement can be your statement!

You can introduce simple affirmations that you and your children can practice:

  • I love new things.
  • I am teachable. Life is an education. I am a student. I am doing the best I can and every day it gets easier.
  • The child in me knows how to love and sing and dance and heal. I honor and cherish myself.

  • I now contribute to a united, loving and peaceful family life.
  • To get more love, I merely need to love myself more.
  • I allow myself to think big dreams.
  • I am an individual and can follow my own path

Affirmations are simple statements that influence the subconscious mind. Using affirmations on a daily basis in our lives, can help attract money, success and whatever our subconscious mind is programmed to believe. Using a few minutes at work to meditate on your positive affirmations before the afternoon kicks in, or say it out loud in your car with conviction will aid in keeping focus.. You may have to retrain your subconscious mind to really grab onto what you are training it to make you believe.

Persist in the affirmations, they will work with constant repetition.
